Terms of Service

The service

GPS CLAT Academy provides law-entrance coaching: classes, study material, mock tests, analytics, and mentorship, delivered in person and through the student portal on clat.gpsdadiya.ac.in. Portal accounts are activated after the Academy approves a registration.

Fees and refunds

Fees for each program are published on the Courses page and are payable as agreed at admission. If you withdraw within 7 days of the batch starting and before accessing paid mock tests, fees are refunded minus a processing charge. After that, refunds are at the Academy's discretion, considering the portion of the program delivered.

Fee changes never apply retrospectively to an enrolled batch.

Fair use of the portal

One account per student; do not share logins. Mock tests taken in proctored mode must be taken alone and without aids — that is what makes your rank prediction worth anything. Content (passages, questions, worksheets) is the Academy's intellectual property: personal study use is welcome; republishing or reselling is not.

Proctoring

Some tests run in proctored mode: fullscreen, with camera-based presence checks analysed on your own device. Camera use always requires recorded consent (from a parent or guardian for minors), no video is ever recorded, and declining the camera never blocks a student from sitting the paper.

Honest results

Ranks, percentiles, and college predictions shown in the portal are estimates from our cohort's data — they are guidance, not guarantees. No coaching institute can promise a rank; be wary of any that does.
